Do you know that the Property Practitioners Act (PPA) commenced on 1 February 2022?
The PPA requires that your Management Agreement contain certain compulsory clauses AND that the contents thereof not infringe on the new demands of the PPA.
We have made all the applicable amendments to our template Management Agreement, as required by the PPA and have also fine tuned the template to ensure its compliance with the STA, STSMA and CSOSA Acts and to afford you maximum protection.
