1. We will be holding a 30 minute Zoom Training Session for Managing Agents on Friday, 17 September 2021 from 09h00 – 09h30am.
2. We will cover the below topics for 10 minutes each:
   2.1 Have all your ducks in a row! Properly preparing for CSOS Applications, taking into account the 2 relevant CSOS Practice Directives;
   2.2 Successfully collecting arrear levies! Applications to the High Court to terminate electricity and the recent qualms of Judges;
   2.3 What does your Community Scheme have to do in the next 15 months, to comply with the National Energy Act and its Regulations.
